This Cyberman was initially dorment in the Planet Telos.
He appeared in Doctor Who’s episode "The Tomb Of The Cybermen", an adventure of the Second Doctor.
I made this drawing using H, HB and 6B pencils in 200 g/m2 A4 paper. It took me around 4 hours to finish it.
